At Phythraxchor, we are committed to providing high-quality 3D modeling and printing services. Due to the custom nature of our products and services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All 3D printed products are custom-made based on your specifications. Because each product is created specifically for you, standard return policies do not apply. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will address any issues that arise.
If you receive a product that does not meet the agreed specifications or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
If the issue is due to an error in the design file you provided, we may offer to reprint at a discounted rate or provide design modification services. We recommend reviewing design files carefully before approval.
You may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and you may be responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation point.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days using the original payment method. Refunds may be partial if materials or services have already been provided.
The following items are generally non-refundable:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If a replacement is sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If a return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.
Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
